When I joined Signet, I recognized that the launch of a dedicated digital experience department demanded a capability that could quickly train, inspire, and guide teams through a human-first digital transformation in stores. I designed and implemented a hands-on training initiative, drawing on the immersive methods of my flight attendant training, to walk users’ step by step through the digital experience. Soon after, I advanced this approach by introducing AI-driven training to support the rollout of key innovations—such as SMS in Clienteling and Digital Storefronts—ensuring learning was clear, engaging, and effective in driving motivation and adoption
